Shipping and handling charges will be added to product cost at the time of check out. If one or more items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified and asked to accept a new estimated ship date or cancel the order. For our customers' protection, website orders over $350.00 [USD] must ship to the credit card billing address only. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Shipment of Oversized Products
We ship UPS with the exception of anything over 98# or with Dimensions greater than 104". If it is larger than these measurements, then it is shipped by a truck freight company and should arrive 3-5 Business Days after the ship date.
Estimated Delivery
All orders are processed between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 48 business hours of shipment, unless otherwise noted.
